The costs associated with JLL letting and managing your property at Axis Tower are as follows:
Tenant find fee – £500 plus VAT
We offer two options in relation to the management of your property:
With rent protection – 10% of the monthly rent collected plus VAT. JLL offer a rent protection service which protects landlords from rent arrears. Further details about this are included in an additional Information Sheet.
Without rent protection – 8% of the month rent collected plus VAT.
